i found the staff very friendly and accommodating. my room initially lacked working air conditioning. they moved me quickly and offered an upgraded room. the hotel's garden and courtyard added a peaceful touch to the stay.
i noticed tour groups often crowded the lobby. this made navigating the entrance difficult at times. it was occasionally hard to move through the lobby due to the groups.

Breakfast had a wide selection, including fresh pastries and fruits, a very cheerful start. the coffee machine provided good quality beverages. It was a great addition. service was efficient and friendly during peak hours.

the courtyard presented a tranquil atmosphere for relaxation. i noted plenty of seating available, and the landscaping created a restful place. the hotel provided free wifi throughout the hotel. its signal was consistently strong.

the hotel is near a metro station, about a minute away, a real benefit. several restaurants and cafes are within a short walking distance, very useful. i easily accessed major attractions from this location. what a lovely perk!

The hotel had a really good area around it and it was close to the station. I liked that it was really quiet. I found the room very comfortable and larger than average bedrooms in the area. The bathroom had nice amenities.
I found the parking garage very small and parking spots were limited. My room smelled like cigarettes. It was not really good value for money. The room also was not very clean
